Gillies keeps your notes and documents, answers from them out loud, and does things for you in your email, calendar and apps, always asking before it changes anything.
Every note is a star. Every link, a connection it found for you.
Ask in plain words, typed or spoken. Gillies works out the steps, uses what you've given it, and shows you where each answer came from.
It answers from your notes, documents and wiki, shows the sources it used, and says plainly when they don't cover it.
What do my notes say about pricing?
Reads your inbox, briefs you, drafts replies you approve, finds free time and books meetings, in Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365.
What's on tomorrow, and draft a reply to Sam saying Thursday works.
PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images and scans, uploaded or pinned from Google Drive and OneDrive. Ask about them like anything else.
Summarise the contract and list what's due this month.
Every note is a star, linked to the notes it mentions. Click a star to read it; watch the shape of what you know.
A business, a job, the family: each its own galaxy, shared with the people you choose, with roles and privacy rules per workspace.
A morning check of your inbox and calendar, a weekly review, a report written and filed, running on their own and waiting for your ticks where they need you.
Your brand's logo, colours and fonts on every Word, PDF and presentation it makes; video ads; your Search Console, YouTube and Meta numbers, read-only.
Speak to it and it answers out loud, in the voice you pick. Share your screen and ask what an error means. Say "remember that…" and it writes the note.
In your own locked-down Linux sandbox it writes and runs scripts to count, analyse or reshape your notes, one yes at a time.
Switch to a model on your own computer and nothing you say leaves it. Private folders are never sent to an online model, whichever brain you use.
Lock on to the work, and it calls you out when you drift: dry, short, and only as often as you ask for. Your streak is kept; where you drifted isn't.
Thirty minutes on this.
Write, file and link notes in folders; drop in files; scratch tabs that save as you type; a wiki Gillies keeps for each workspace. Export anything to Word, PDF or Excel in your brand.
Remember that the invoice run is on the 28th.
A whiteboard beside the chat. Ask for a flowchart, a timeline, an org chart or a mind map and Gillies draws it there; move the pieces yourself, then save it as a picture or a note.
Draw the onboarding flow as a diagram.
Thirty-four plain-English articles inside the app, one per feature, searchable, and kept current with every release. Ask Gillies how something works and it looks it up for you.
How do I connect Outlook?
Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi or a local model: switch any time, by button or by voice, with your own keys if you prefer.
Use Claude for this one.
Gillies isn't answering from the internet's idea of your business. It answers from your knowledge base: the notes you write, the documents you upload, the reports it files for you, and a Wiki it keeps for each workspace, pages that say what's true (what you sell, who your customers are, your pricing, your roadmap), which it treats as the source of truth.
Gillies opens on your Dashboard: today's calendar and routines, what's waiting for your yes, this month's AI use, your mail, your Search Console and Meta numbers when they're connected. Move the cards, resize them, hide the ones you don't need, and add quick actions you use every day.
Press Galaxy and the same workspace becomes a sky: every note a star, every mention a link, documents as diamonds. Click a star to read it, or ask about what you're looking at.
Connect an app once, with the permissions you choose, and Gillies uses it mid-conversation: "any customer emails that need me today?", "open the GitHub issue about invoices", "add that to my Notion roadmap". Each app can be limited to the workspaces it belongs to, and disconnected in one click.
A skill is a page of instructions Gillies follows: a house style, a checklist, a way of doing a kind of task. Write your own, turn on the suggested ones, or import a SKILL.md file. Gillies uses a skill by itself when your question matches its "when" line, or you type /skill and pick one.
Gillies runs on your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter): you pay the provider directly, at their prices, with no mark-up. Your keys are stored encrypted, checked when you add them, and used only for your requests; the AI itself never sees them.
That one rule is built into the code, not just the instructions, and it's tested every time Gillies changes.
Sending, booking, deleting, posting, uploading or running a command shows a card with the exact recipients, words, dates or files, and waits. Your approval works for that exact action, once, and expires. Anything else you say cancels it.
Gillies never changes anything outside your notes on its own say-so.
Eight protections, in code. An agent that can send an email could send the wrong one; these are why Gillies doesn't.
Your notes, documents, settings and the record of actions are kept in your account, apart from everyone else's, encrypted at rest and in transit, on servers in Sydney, Australia. Things leave only when a model or an app needs them for something you asked, and only to the providers and apps you chose.
The full story is in the privacy policy, and in how it works and keeping you safe.
Windows and Mac. Your notes on your machine, your own keys, updates in the background, and sync with your Gillies in the cloud when you want it.
A small program on your computer that connects outward to your hosted Gillies, so the terminal, focus sessions, local files and an offline model all work from the cloud version too.
Gillies in your pocket, and a Gillies API for the apps you build yourself.
